Tango Tangerine Sherbet Popsicles

I can’t think of a more enjoyable way of eating my way through life than eating Ray Peat inspired food. Every diet I had every tried in the past left me longing for a food group, but not anymore. I have learned how to strategize with food pairings and timing to get everything I want. I never diet anymore and find myself sometimes eating five times a day, just to keep the pounds on me! I never seem to get full or very hungry. It is like I am eating for fun! For those who are on a mission to lose weight these fresh tangerine sherbet popsicles are great, not only because they are low in fat and have lots of nutrition, but making them into popsicles is good for portions control. Yes this is diet food! You can find the recipe for them on my RECIPES page.
