I can’t think of a more enjoyable way of eating my way through life than eating Ray Peat inspired food. Every diet I had every tried in the past left me longing for a food group, but not anymore. I have learned how to strategize with food pairings and timing to get everything I want. I never diet anymore and find myself sometimes eating five times a day, just to keep the pounds on me! I never seem to get full or very hungry. It is like I am eating for fun!
