Interesting study, I would consider niacinamide to be a much safer option than the GLP-1 agonists. I wonder though if a high dose even at 1.8 grams would be better if dissolved in water and sipped on throughout the day as opposed to one or two large doses at a time. This might be more in line with Dr Peat’s line of thought on niacinamide.

Any thoughts on adding some thiamine with this protocol?

R.F.K. has made his position regarding sugar well known.
The question for me is what that actually means. Is it like the carnivore perspective where all sugars regardless if they are fruit, or honey derived are all toxic? Or is just refined varieties, or is it if they are a component of an ultra processed food product blended with other chemicals?

The idea of a vaccine to boost T Cell response is both exciting and for me controversial.

After everything we seen during the the so called pandemic, I am extremely skeptical of anything that the medical establishment has to offer as the next longevity enhancer for mankind.

I think that trying to maintain optimum metabolic rate, maximizing sunlight exposure, fresh air, a clean or as clean as possible whole foods diet using Peat ideas as a guide. Is the best strategy for myself.
Dr Mercola has a supplement product coming out, but there are some ingredients in there that raise some red flags ie resveratrol for one. But these are my own thoughts and others have agency over their own bodies and choices.

Given that there are many frankenfoods that contain the whole food components as part of their ingredient recipes there is a possibility for confusion as to what is meant by whole foods. An example of this would be roast beef. The beef one would roast at home is vastly different than the deli sliced varieties in the lunch meat areas of supermarkets with added phosphates water, and other binding agents such as carrageenan gums.

It is better, but there is pushback, which is to be expected. The old pyramid has been ingrained into society for decades.

I do hope that this I not interpreted as a free pass for ultra processed foods consumption.

But over 30 days is generally considered long-term steroid use. Most often, oral corticosteroids are prescribed for roughly 1 to 2 weeks — and only for very severe symptoms. But for certain chronic health conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, corticosteroids may be necessary for months or even years.

Although one study found that even short-term use of moderate corticosteroid doses may slightly increase the risk for serious complications — like bone fractures, blood clots, and sepsis. Long-term use of corticosteroids can cause an even wider range of side effects, even at lower doses.

I would be cautiously hopeful on progress happening regarding the addition of this toxic substance.
RFK and administrations make policy but the bureaucracy is embedded long term and know that time is usually on their side.

With midterms coming up next year the bureaucracy knows that a more favourable administration may be just that far away, if not it could be another three years, which as we all know government can fritter away time better than anyone else.

An argument has been made for both scenarios @Cari an ideal drug has been described as one that will treat the symptoms but not the root cause, this way as in any product that is sold there is a constant demand for that product. If that product can have side effects that generate sales for another product with similar characteristics, now you have a guaranteed sales for two products and potentially more.

While morally corrupt and stripped of any ethics by its very description. From strictly a business point of view it is brilliant albeit sociopathic perhaps even psychopathic in nature.
