It is better, but there is pushback, which is to be expected. The old pyramid has been ingrained into society for decades.
I do hope that this I not interpreted as a free pass for ultra processed foods consumption.
January 5, 2026 at 10:37 pm in reply to: Type two diabetes doubles the risk of sepsis new Australian study finds #5073But over 30 days is generally considered long-term steroid use. Most often, oral corticosteroids are prescribed for roughly 1 to 2 weeks — and only for very severe symptoms. But for certain chronic health conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, corticosteroids may be necessary for months or even years.
Although one study found that even short-term use of moderate corticosteroid doses may slightly increase the risk for serious complications — like bone fractures, blood clots, and sepsis. Long-term use of corticosteroids can cause an even wider range of side effects, even at lower doses.

RFK and administrations make policy but the bureaucracy is embedded long term and know that time is usually on their side. With midterms coming up next year the bureaucracy knows that a more favourable administration may be just that far away, if not it could be another three years, which as we all know government can fritter away time better than anyone else.
An argument has been made for both scenarios @Cari an ideal drug has been described as one that will treat the symptoms but not the root cause, this way as in any product that is sold there is a constant demand for that product. If that product can have side effects that generate sales for another product with similar characteristics, now you have a guaranteed sales for two products and potentially more.
While morally corrupt and stripped of any ethics by its very description. From strictly a business point of view it is brilliant albeit sociopathic perhaps even psychopathic in nature.
Bill Gates now concedes that climate change will not destroy humanity. This after decades of fear porn and cancelling anyone that opposed the narrative that climate change was a result of human anthropological activities.

This study was mentioned frequently in the congressional hearing entitled, How the Corruption of Science Has Impacted Public Perception and Policies Regarding Vaccines. By Aaron Siri a few times. I think that the point that the study was never peer reviewed or is available for the public is interesting given that there is a lot of people talking about how the study did not meet the institutions rigorous scientific standards. The same rhetoric and playbook used in the,”pandemic” regarding alternative protocols on repurposed drugs nutraceuticals.
The headline in the article is pure coincidence yet somehow appropriate for this forum <span class=”atwho-inserted” contenteditable=”false” data-atwho-at-query=”@Cari”>@Cari</span>
