How about make a solution of the same concentration found in say bread then drink this for a few weeks and test my gut before and after to see?
This is crazy talk! You need to stop experimenting and just eat like a normal person Quest. Eat good old fashioned meat, potatoes, seafood, fruit and call it a day. Your messing yourself up with all these supplements and experiments. Please take a break and quit overthinking this stuff. How about you take your shoes off and lay outside under a blue sky and maybe even doze off for a bit breathing fresh air and post how that felt. I am so into grounding/earthing. Drinking glysophate loaded bread water not so much.
Meat gives me liver pain. Also I cant get meat anymore the farm owner hates me or something

If I had liver pain I would try a low-fat diet and add in some boiled bitter greens, and just drink the water.
I have been picking dandelions from the garden. Also red meat is linked to liver disease and this is well known.
@questforhealth even Ray Peat said red meat once a week is all that is necessary and a portion is only 3 to 4 ounces not a pound in one sitting. Like @Zack Vegas said eating the meat in balance with gelatin remedies a lot of the meat issues. The people in studies aren’t balancing it…

I was thinking to do once a week yes. But if I need protein on the daily aren’t beans better
im not sure about the glycine thing. if I pour red and blue balls in a bucket i still have red ones… now imagine if the red ones are dissolving the bucket… adding blue ones won’t limit the harm??

I eat a Ray Peat inspired diet and beans are something to be avoided in that diet. Ray Peat enjoyed a little hummus on occasion, but it is not a good staple. It is considered a poor protein, but that little bit can be beneficial to mop up some estrogens.
um how is beans a poor protein when they have very little inflammatory amino acids
Being cognizant of bean’s phytoestrogens, the bioavailability of the proteins that beans have, as well as the anti nutrients that block the uptake of minerals and vitamins.
Beans are a seed, this fact means that they are the future for the continuance of the plant species. These defences are in place in order to to ensure that ongoing survival.
As for glyphosate, if you were to research the original patent for glyphosate the original purpose for this chemical was for the deliming of boilers, in other words it binds to and loosens mineral deposits of of the inside tank and piping of boilers. The same issue happens inside the human body. Glyphosate has been thoroughly researched by Stephanie Senef who has numerous papers on this topic. Be aware of these characteristics in choosing your proteins @questforhealth.
