      I had the sensitive teeth thing and I ate 1 1/2lbs of kale over 2-3 days and the sensitive teeth are gone

      I can even eat icecream with my bare teeth now and I was never able to do this in my life when I was a milk drinker??

      would you or anyone here find it interesting if I made sprouted grain breads? I’ve been baking recently! Make things the way my grandparents did?! better for the health and the environment?!?

        I had sensitive teeth in my twenties especially because I ate a lot of bread and milk didn’t help because I drank a lot of it. I needed some greens and sunshine, and that is what cured mine. Vitamin K1 + Vitamin D + Calcium is the winning combination!

          i think sprouted recipe posts would be great! We have a post on sprouting oats started, which I linked below. I just made myself sprouted French toast two days ago…

            thats a lot of butter Cari but it does look quite good

            I wonder why I do better on lowfat but I cant complain as it works.

            i hate saturated fat now. I really do. the only thing that doesnt somehow cause me problems is whole milk but im even cutting that out as I barely digest it anymore.

            olive oil is ok but I just dont see the point in any oil? pufa or coconut? its really processed and I just think whats the point??

              maybe thats not true. but I do find i get weird blurry eyes f rom saturated fat not from food source. eating coconut flesh is great. eating coconut oil is weird. is it the fibre that makes the difference?

                What is the point of French toast with maple syrup without the butter? It was no more butter than I would put on a slice of bread. This is why I generally don’t eat grains, they require a lot of butter. It doesn’t matter if it’s toast, oatmeal, cookies, cakes or whatever. White rice it about the only thing that doesn’t require oils, but then again rice is pretty boring unless has some sushi with it and those condiments that go with it.

                  bean soup with nice home baked bread has served me well so far and has lots of fibre for detox

                    why is there rapeseed oil in EVERY plant milk, ready meal etc?? what is this insanity and who comes up with this?

                        Charlies supplement stack and a vegan diet is saving my life. When I first started this I would get awful nausea and liver pain. Now it’s reducing.

                        I don’t know what to do with my life though.. A person from my past which I had a relationship with before has come back into my life. Usually they only come back around when im in a high energy state? I hope this is a good sign.

                        I think I might quit the internet for good soon. Or not. Maybe if Charlies forum takes off I will  do research for him… Or should I give this stuff up and live a normal life… not like I feel very normal? yeah i don’t know… thats the difficult part

                        I’ve learned a lot and this has been a crazy journey. I don’t know where life will take me next. My life has been insane. Will it always be insane?
