For the cold brewed coffee, do you heat it after you steep it or is it put on ice. I am guessing “cold brewed ” is a term, not actually cold coffee.

Cold Brew coffee is a gentler way of brewing coffee so it is less acidic. The taste is less bitter as well. You can have it cold or I heat it up on tge stove and have it hot too.

@Cari not sure which thread to place this research, maybe you can move it if needed. They have found Elderberry juice can help with weight management and metabolic health.

@Cari can you approve this link?
Good find @Lollipop
“Clinical testing following the intervention showed that participants who consumed elderberry juice had significantly increased amounts of beneficial gut bacteria, including firmicutes and actinobacteria, and decreased amounts of harmful bacteria, such as bacteroidetes.”
In addition to positive microbiota changes, the elderberry intervention resulted in improved metabolism.
“Results showed that the elderberry juice reduced participants’ blood glucose levels by an average of 24%, indicating a significantly improved ability to process sugars following carbohydrate consumption.“
“I thought so!! Do you know @Cari what I have been doing? I bought some Gaia extra strength Elderberry syrup that people use when they are sick and I pour a glass of Biodynamic Apple Juice from Lakewood and I pour some in. The juice cuts the bitter flavor and the two combined are yummmmmy! I have just talked myself into a glass right now – lol.“
