Well, RFK Jr. was just officially confirmed by the Senate, looks like its 52-48. Just happened minutes ago as I write this, but a few outlets have articles up (the live feeds on youtube just ended)-
If you want to see some big pharma funded MSM outlets having a fit, just look for headlines throughout the day. Rolling Stone got it rolling with “Republicans Confirm Anti-Vax Conspiracy Theorist to Run Nation’s Health Systems.”
Remember back, long ago, when Rolling Stone seemed to be more anti-establishment? Yeah, they probably weren’t really back then, either.
This was the confirmation I was waiting for, and appears to be the exact same margin that Tulsi Gabbard had for her DNI confirmation (which is another great pick for the cabinet).

This was apparently a big one, attended by five members of congress, including Senator Rand Paul. And as the President remarked, “even Rand has confidence, and that doesn’t happen often.” The other for were Senators Ron Johnson and Roger Marshall, and Representatives Buddy Carter and Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Sooooooo stoked he was confirmed!!

I am very happy for all the Americans on the forum. You now have someone that cares about the health of the countries citizens. While I am unsure where Mr Kennedy draws the line on sugar being the main toxic compound driving the health decline of the population, it certainly is a large step in the right direction.
He will I think have his hands full trying to keep the bureaucracy moving in the proper direction. He may have an issue with the President as well as his actions seem to be pro mRNA gene therapy vaccines.Secretary Kennedy’s Welcoming remarks at HHS-
I would not be surprised if Georgi Dinkov was one of his speechwriters. He hit on many topics that were well discussed on the old RPF, and that Haidut posts about all the time. The list of things to be scrutinized at the 17 minute mark should make everyone here smile, as we suspect that they are all harmful. The whole speech is worth a listen.
<span class=”atwho-inserted” contenteditable=”false” data-atwho-at-query=”@j”>@J.R.L</span> I haven’t heard RFK mention anything about sugar, but I don’t think he would label it “toxic.” My guess is that he would take the view mainly that refined sugar is a treat, not to be eaten in excess, and/or shouldn’t be used to displace nutrient dense foods. He straight up says he doesn’t have a problem with fast food, but with seed oils, and that suggests that fast food could be a pretty healthy meal, if it was made more like it was during the 50s-80s.
Also, Kennedy serves as Secretary “at the pleasure of the President,” as they say. I don’t know how “pro mRNA” Trump is, I think he supported the so called Covid Vaccines as a way to really reopen the country. Plus, hundreds of millions of Americans wanted them. Indeed, I have heard many say that he supported Warp Speed because he has too. Really, Trump tried many avenues, including (rightly) calling Covid a fraud, and also endorsing therapeutics like Hydroxychloroquine. “Warp Speed” was funded by the CARES act passed by Congress, with a veto proof majority. Trump previously questioned the vaccine schedule- you can look up his tweets from as far back as 2012 where he talks about multiple vaccines administered at once causing Autism, as well as questions asked during the 2016 Republican Primary debate, where he repeated such beliefs.
Regardless of that, Trump did nominate Kennedy and certainly helped get him confirmed, RFK said Trump did all he promised and more at his swearing in. Trump also ordered the “MAHA commission” to look into the issues with chronic disease in America right after the confirmation.
