Enchilada Shrimp

A meal can’t get any easier than this. Sautéed shrimp smothered in a good enchilada sauce, then topped with sour cream, slivered sweet onions and cilantro is not only good, but so healthy! The bonus with making this myself is that I make my own enchilada sauce with bone broth! You can find the recipe for my enchilada sauce on my “RECIPES” page.
