Creamy Wasabi Chilled Shrimp & Egg Bowl

When I want to lose weight there is almost nothing better to amp up the process than shrimp. The protein is high and the fat is practically nothing. I also think it is because of the zinc. Usually I just snack on boiled eggs and cold shrimp, swiping them with wasabi paste, but decided to make a meal instead today with both of them! This is exactly how foods should be to burn fat with the protein content being much higher than the fat content. This was a 3 to 1 ratio, which is REALLY goo!. I am happy if I can find a delicious starch free meal with a 2 to 1 ratio. Make your boiled egg and shrimp ahead of time and this meal takes all of ten minutes to make. You can find the instructions for this on my RECIPES page.
