@questforhealth ”Cari that makes me wonder how I will get my b12 if I want to be vegan? I dont like taking the supplements as they give me the most disgusting acne??”
I would never go vegan so I am not one to ask. I get mine from beef liver, chlorella, egg yolks, clams, mussels, oysters and other animal sources. If you are limiting your diet to beans, bread and plants than you’re going to have a challenge…
“Another great source of B12 is eggs. Two large eggs (100 grams) supply about 46% of the DV for vitamin B12, plus 39% of the DV for vitamin B2. Research has shown that egg yolks have higher levels of vitamin B12 than egg whitesand that the vitamin B12 in egg yolks is easier to absorb.”
