How I eat everyday is being mindful of not eating too much fat or starches. This page is the things I eat to lose weight or maintain my desired weight. I really don’t “splurge” much. I just don’t like undoing all my hard work. If I have guest over I will partake in things I cook for them, but generally I don’t feel or look optimal parting in either.
