Hi @Cari here is another good article about fabric.  Seems others are having the conversation…

Interesting study about orange peel powder reducing fatty liver disease.  Orange marmalade is one yummy way to eat those peels 🙂

          Thank you for sharing @Cari!

@Cari and @Lilac Funny about yoga and fitness fashion.  I started in yoga at least 30 years ago.  ALL “yoga” brands and clothes at the time were all cotton and wool.  It is crazy how things have changed and people practicing have no understanding of fabrics.  Yoga as a practice is meant to raise your vital energy.  People now take it as a “fitness” exercise…and counteract some of the benefits because of certain choices.

Nice thoughts. In my opinion, optimizing nutrition and health frees energy in us to stretch into larger states of consciousness.  If all of your available energy is spent by your system to try and stay balanced and healthy from poor nutrition and metabolic health, how can it move deeper into inner subtleties?

              funny about Saladino!! Love it…

Interesting @Cari I have used Traumeel cream a homeopathic remedy – the original from Heel in Germany that is supposedly for muscle injuries.  I have put it on bad burns as well and in seconds ALL pain is gone and it heals so quickly.

Hi @Cari I have never used actual tuning forks so I am not able to help here.  I put tones on all day in my home.  I use the album Susan Maile – Dimensional Pathways.  My husband and I love them and have made a BIG difference in the feeling within our home.  Happy, uplifting, etc.

@Cari interesting!!  In some ways I do similar but prepare in my mind before food shopping on Saturday.  I go shopping only on Saturdays as my job keeps me hopping and no time during the week – lol.  This forces me to be more organized and use a list – then when I get there, I always see a few new interesting things to try – lol – can’t resist 🙂

I ordered a pork shoulder from Nourish Cooperative and plan and cooking next Friday night overnight in the slow cooker.  My colleague at work showed me how.  Super stoked.  He told me this guy on You Tube had a simple recipe and great how to video.

@Cari, think of color as light.  That might make it easier.  The light spectrum shows each color in the visible light spectrum has a frequency band.  Also think of red light devices versus infrared light devices.  Color and frequency band of both are different.

@Cari sweet!  I miss Ray.  I have all my emails with him saved in a folder.  Sometimes, I read through them.  What a tall measure of a man!!
