@Cari interesting!!  In some ways I do similar but prepare in my mind before food shopping on Saturday.  I go shopping only on Saturdays as my job keeps me hopping and no time during the week – lol.  This forces me to be more organized and use a list – then when I get there, I always see a few new interesting things to try – lol – can’t resist 🙂

I ordered a pork shoulder from Nourish Cooperative and plan and cooking next Friday night overnight in the slow cooker.  My colleague at work showed me how.  Super stoked.  He told me this guy on You Tube had a simple recipe and great how to video.

@Cari, think of color as light.  That might make it easier.  The light spectrum shows each color in the visible light spectrum has a frequency band.  Also think of red light devices versus infrared light devices.  Color and frequency band of both are different.

@Cari sweet!  I miss Ray.  I have all my emails with him saved in a folder.  Sometimes, I read through them.  What a tall measure of a man!!

Curious @Cari your image seems like it was on a forum of sorts.  Where did you dialogue directly with Ray on a forum 🤔

@Cari your cooking and food combinations are stunning!!  Where do you get these ideas?  How do you manage shopping for such a variety of choices?  How do you manage quantities since you are cooking for one?

Hi @Cari notice the red nm range in the chart – that is what my red light device uses 🙂

Navy blues, grays, black, reds, look good on me.  I love black because it is slimming and looks good with my hair.  White does not look good on me NOR bright blues, pinks, oranges, purples.

Yes some colors are higher but honestly, I keep my overall frequency higher and exude happy, joyful, loving vibes most of the time.  This focus and “place to live at” has more impact on my health and wellbeing and on others than the color I am dressed in 😘

@Cari no white is not better – read what I wrote!!  They are different.  I personally wear a lot of black, navy blue and gray.  There is no better or worse – there is a difference – that is all.  You said you did not know color had a frequency and I said absolutely does.  Google search color spectrum of light and the associated frequency.  They are different that is all 🙂

@J.R.K I have been around and learning from Ray since 2015 when I began to shift my diet.  I completely understand the full ramification of PUFA as it pertains to nuts.  No need to explain.  Ray also suggested Brazil nuts on several occasions.  I have several charts that break down the fat content of nuts.  I would be happy to share with you if you would like. There are some people on this platform that are new to Ray and need your support!

@Cari Color/light VERY much has an energy and frequency!!  Learn to sense it yourself:  put on a black top and feel, put on a white top and feel.  The contrast is fascinating.  Remember, this is not to put a judgment on a color as one is all good and one is all bad.  Nothing of the sort!!

@J.R.L I completely agree!!  Like I said I would never touch seeds or flax.  The only nut I eat is macadamia nuts and some pecans – I know Pecans are not the best BUT Love Love Love them since I was a small girl – lol.  My Mom would have a bowl of the nuts still in their shell on our living room coffee table with a nut cracker in the bowl.  I had to work hard for my pecan – now looking back,  it was fun 🤩
