A Bright Life Inspired by Dr. Raymond Peat
Cari, I’m thinking of using marmalade for one of my batches.
Ok! Ok! Vanilla extract!! I’m on it. 🙂
Does it add or take away from who you are if people find grains harmful? The answer is no. Forget about it.
Charlie is operating in an authoritarian mindset coupled with religion. Being the owner of the forum, that gives him power and so he abuses it. I was banned after he suggested Georgi was parroting Dr. Peat, then I replied that Charlie was parroting the vitamin A toxicity people. He also thinks he is going to change the world with this vitamin A toxicity doctrine.
You are making an assumption that, “peaters eat so much red meat”. This is false. What is the measure of “so much”?
When asked, what is a healthy way to look at the world or what is an unhealthy way to look at the world?
“I think it’s important to get pleasure from looking at the world, intrinsically the process of being involved and learning from the world gives pleasure; insight is pleasurable; and the attitude towards the world that it’s a place to be dutiful and do your work, that is a less healthy approach to reality. Everything should be more or less spontaneous and fun and intrinsically motivating to continue in that direction.” – Ray Peat (August 2021)
There is the mindset that big pharma created high blood pressure in order to sell their drugs.
MK-4 is the form of K2 the Japanese conducted research with to address osteopenia and osteoporosis; 45mg a day.
Calcium Carbonate is the form found in foods, so a nice fine powder of that may be helpful.
As for forgetfulness, I personally have better memory due to the increased consumption of fruits and fruit juices, such as OJ.
Thank you!
Anything high in PUFA is going to be anti-metabolic. If nuts and seeds are grown in tropical regions, they will have a higher amount of saturated fats which is safer. If soy is grown in tropical regions, it will be higher in saturated fats. From what I understand, soy in Asian cultures is not a staple for protein but more of a condiment. I could be wrong about this. I think soy is also pro estrogen.
Whole grains are high in methionine and contain anti-nutrients. The anti-nutrients block the absorption of minerals.
How do you milk oats? 😉
