To Cari,
I seen you as Rinse and Repeat on the the Ray Peat site but never paid. I want to thank you for this site for free. I absolutely love your recipes. I haven’t even looked over your site yet because I am excited I found it. So off I go to look it over😊 Thank you for your valuable time and hard work.

July 29, 2024 at 4:15 pm #2922This is a wonder message Susan! I am beaming! Admittedly I have been spending more of my time putting my recipes and random thoughts on my Instagram. I will catch up over here soon and do a better job. All I knew is I wanted to get us into a friendly forum first. I am so happy you have brought Us your positive energy!
