A Bright Life Inspired by Dr. Raymond Peat
Has anyone had a health related experience with those 128 hz tuning forks?

Hi @Cari I have never used actual tuning forks so I am not able to help here. I put tones on all day in my home. I use the album Susan Maile – Dimensional Pathways. My husband and I love them and have made a BIG difference in the feeling within our home. Happy, uplifting, etc.

But I think that the tuning forks are a modern method of the Buddhist practice of the bowls used in meditation practice that line up with different physiological and psychological regions of the body and mind. I am not knowledgeable enough on the topic to know if there are any therapeutic benefits. This might be difficult to determine if any beneficial therapeutic improvements are achieved via the sound or if the improvements are purely placebo.
Inclined bed therapy can work wonders for back pain. That slight traction for hours at a time seems beneficial.

Somebody borrowed my inversion table and I never got it back, but boy did it ever feel good on my body. I wonder if that would be to extreme for sciatica?
