Most know of or have heard of arterial stiffness and how aging increases stiffening of the arteries and the resulting hypertension that the body compensates to maintain perfusion.

A study came out showing a new phenomenon known as rapid arterial stiffness after COVID infection (no mention of gene therapies injection status). But there has been an increase in emergency room numbers for cardiovascular incidents since the safe and effective prophylactics have been rolled out.

With what you posted here @J.R.L as It isn’t an obvious connection to Covid, but I think that things like gelatin, and MSM could be good in combating this “stiffness”.

Your suggestions are quite good @Cari. I think that depending on how the persons health levels are as well as their diet, nutrient deficiencies, as well as cortisol levels ie stress levels.
One thing that I will agree with mainstream medicine is that stress is connected to heart disease, in particularly atherosclerosis. Sugar is often pointed to as the culprit metabolic diseases and in a sense they are right to say this. But what is overlooked is the source of the high blood glucose levels. Hypoglycaemia will cause the release of ATCH and release cortisol will cause tissue breakdown in order protect the bodies most critical organs and systems for energy.
What also happens is that this shift to the sympathetic nervous system also causes potassium and magnesium to be ejected from the cell and allow calcium and sodium to flow into the cell. The charges of both calcium and sodium also causes water to enter the cell causing edema and inflammation. This in turn causes the stiffness associated with atherosclerosis or hardening of the arteries. Gelatin has a high amount of anti inflammatory amino acids specifically glycine which will aid in cutting down on the inflammation.
This doctor is big on the notion of increasing nitric oxide. I am more inclined to believe that baking soda, or increasing the bodies capnostat to retain more CO2 would be a more effective strategy to reduce the edema as well as the inflammation. Milk, honey, salt to taste, gelatin all these things would help to quiet the cortisol cascade and help to restore the metabolism back to oxidative phosphorylation from excessive glycolysis and the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system.
