Gelatin as a Substitute
To replace pectin with gelatin, use one packet of unflavored gelatin for every teaspoon of pectin.
I make this basic recipe @Kevin007. I posted it in my recipe section. I added fresh mango to it and it was SO GOOD!
The blueberry one on the bottom looks really good! I like too that it does’t have any boxed pectin. I am going to give this one a try!
I still need a good/safe bread recipe. I’m thinking sprouted spelt sourdough or sprouted spelt soda bread.
Why not Einkorn heirloom flour?
