Look at this!
USA cornflakes have 24mg of iron per 100g

UK ones have about 8mg! That is insanity. I know some old people who spent a lot of time in America eating their bread and cereals and look red like a lobster. Hopefully its only iron overload not too much drinking. Or drinking might actually be better than iron overload…
America seems to have become the land of ‘too much’…
What our cheese is made of is so vague and choosing one is so hard. This video was helpful in that….

You are so funny Quest! This made me laugh! You are right though there are a lot of red people nowadays! I have been real concerned about the iron, heavy metals and cell phone 5G stuff. Can you imagine with all the heavy metals people are storing and a 5G microwave incident occurring? Oh my goodness. I think I am going to start drinking more chlorophyll foods to keep removing what I might be storing. I quit eating fortified foods a few years ago and more lately avoiding wheat products served in restaurants because they are fortified, but also because of the round-up in them and other pesticides. No wonder people are so sick.

Here is a short clip on why people are so sick eating fruits, vegetables, meats, grains and dairy that are inorganic…

“Cooked greens, milk, cheese, and eggs are very good sources of K. The solvents used to extract vitamin K, for example from natto, often cause problems. The present vitamin K culture is the creation of marketing campaigns, and is causing a lot of harm.” – Ray Peat
“Years ago, I noticed that Oregon was one of the few states that still had real whipping cream and cottage cheese without additives, so I have been trustingly using cream in my coffee every day. Last week, I noticed that my cream listed carrageenan in its ingredients. Over the years, I have avoided carrageenan-containing foods such as apple cider, hot dogs, most ice creams and prepared sauces and jellies, because they caused me to have serious allergic symptoms. Carrageenan has been found to cause colitis and anaphylaxis in humans, but it is often present in baby “formulas” and a wide range of milk products,” -Ray Peat
“In the 1940s, carrageenan, a polysaccharide made from a type of seaweed, was recognized as a dangerous allergen. Since then it has become a standard laboratory material to use to produce in-flammatory tumors (granulomas), immunodeficiency, arthritis, and other in-flammations. It has also become an increasingly common material in the food industry. Articles are often written to praise its usefulness and to claim that it doesn’t produce cancer in healthy animals.” -Ray Peat
Getting vaccines into us in lettuce and tomatoes is a scary thought…
