Hello. I’ve been a long time lurker in the peatsophere. I’m not really into fora and try to stay off the Internet, but I felt compelled to join after the recent malignment of one of the great (my personal opinion as a fellow Scientist) scientific heros and certainly a great human. I always enjoyed your posts Rinse/Cari, and have been following you for quite a while. I felt the best way to show my solidarity was to join your site 🙂 all the best in your endeavours!

New here too. I was enjoying reading and employing your methods from your posts on RPF. Unfortunately I can’t read there anymore because they have locked out the non-paying members. I only used to read there. Any chance you can import your threads? They are gold! Anyway, glad for this new forum.

I’m glad you are here instead Peater Wabbit! I love this name! I am not technically inclined to be up for the task of importing my threads from there, but I do think many of those topics I wrote about are important ones and I will be writing about them here. I started that task yesterday and will get right on it! Thanks for that extra push that helps me know I am on the right track here. Welcome to OUR new forum Peater! This is a nice thing to hear Ariel. I am happy to do this for us. I have appreciated you all on the RPF. So many of you there have changed my life, and got me through my hard times. I love so may RP people for that, and I am glad so many of us are sticking together!

Per your request I started my “More Weight Loss Talk” thread here in the forum. I will be adding in all of the Ray Peat quotes that I have in my other weight loss threads. I also made a new weight loss/weight management page, which I linked on this website menu bar called “My Everyday”. I will post the meals that I eat which are perfect for weight loss, and the reasons why. I have a bunch to load in still and will continually add to, so nobody will be starving and miserable losing weight. I like having this website to get my information more organized and having it easier for everybody to navigate. I will get my other popular posts started. If you have specific ones that you want me to get going here that are on the RPF let me know and I am happy to get them going!
