@cari energy and frequency is so fascinating. Spaces, places and people not resonating with our vibrancy can bring down the energy.
Sort of like this: we go into a room filled with cigarette smoke and leave smelling cigarettes all over our body, clothes, hair etc. But we go into a room aromatic with a lovely smell like @Zsazsa’s Lavender flowers and we leave with that delicious smell in our hair and clothes etc.
With some practice, even before we enter a space or go near someone, we can know and feel if that energy will be good for us or bring us down. It is fascinating to see that sensitivity grow in ourselves.

June 2, 2024 at 4:26 pm #2276Really enjoying these posts, too, such a wealth of information to help us align and resonate! I love my little herb garden and frequently bring cuttings inside to help fill the air with fresh scents!
And cotton has been part of my heritage, growing up in the US south and working in the textile industry years ago before things were moved offshore. As a little girl I used to collect little cotton handkerchiefs, embroidering and crocheting edgings on them. I thought the little hankies were magic. Happy memories! 🙂

“in the Torah/Old Testament (Deuteronomy 22:11), which states, “do not wear clothes of wool and linen woven together.”
“Yellen’s study reported the following “signature frequencies” different fabric:
Linen: 5,000
Wool: 5,000
Mixed linen and wool: 0… it appears that the frequencies cancel each other out. Perhaps this accounts for the ancient instructions not to mix these fabrics.”The Healing Frequency of… Fabric?! (Support Your Health With Your Clothes)
June 7, 2024 at 11:35 pm #2378@Cari interesting how they canceled each other out. I will surely keep this in mind shopping. Not sure when I will go again might be years, but at least I can develop a long term plan…
June 8, 2024 at 12:38 am #2381The are the vibrational products I use. This page of the website show how they work. Also one note. When it mentions Piezoelectric energy where quartz is compressed and emits an energy is infrared btw…

I will take a look at that link tonight Lollipop. Speaking of quartz, since starting this thread and learning that stones have frequencies and diamonds especially I have been wearing the diamond post earrings I never wore. I thought it interesting reading that the Egyptians wore different stones on different parts of their bodies for different purposes. They also were careful as to where they pierced themselves as to not block the energy flow within their bodies.
June 8, 2024 at 2:49 pm #2394Yet another thing I use to keep our frequency up and it also affects our home save as well…as a person sensitive to energy, when my husband plugged this in for the first time, a wave of unbelievably positive energy passed through me maybe 10 to 20 sec later. He plugged the device in our bedroom and I was in the bathroom.
Now I have the portable U1 as well and carry it everywhere.
June 22, 2024 at 3:05 pm #2625“If you’ve heard the phrases ‘good vibes’ and ‘bad vibes’, this is essentially what these sound specialists are referring to. When our bodies and minds are vibrating at a healthy level, we generally feel well inside and out. If we spend time in environments or with people who drain us or bring us ‘down’ however, this can lower our vibrational frequency and leave us more susceptible to illness or mood issues. Using sound-based vibration is one of the key ways sound healing can help reharmonise and rebalance our body and emotion. In fact, this is already used in medicine today to help reduce pain for those with arthritis, menstrual pain, and postoperative pain. Even medical ultrasound uses vibrations, waves and echoes, to produce images of structures (and babies!) within the body.”
