Dr Mercola posting this interesting article on how alcohol impacts the various systems of the body. The inclusion of the micro biome in these impacts seems to be obvious given alcohol’s sterilizing characteristic. But I think that it is overlooked in terms of how this aspect impacts overall health, as well as potential long term side effects.
