    Many bodybuilders use grains and starches as their carbohydrate sources for protein absorption. An example of this is Bill Goldberg’s somewhat legendary meal plan to get back into performance shape for a Wrestlemania event. If you look at the six servings of oatmeal, two gluten free pizzas with loads of ground beef on them, the Pho, and noodles in particular. This is a large amount of grains to consume in a day.

    To maintain his physique for wrestling, including Wrestlemania, Bill Goldberg has been known to consume six servings of oatmeal, 20 blueberries, and a couple of tablespoons of honey for breakfast, along with a very calorie-rich diet throughout the day.
