To make my father’s strawberry milkshakes I would blend frozen strawberries (no ice) with whole raw milk, lots of sugar and some vanilla and a pinch of salt. Nowadays I use more raw honey and dark maple syrup than white sugar just because of their extra nutrients. The syrup I use in my coffee and on cottage cheese and the honey I use in many places.
