    @Lilac I was thinking the same about the jolting with the jumping. I don’t think running seems healthy for that same reason. I have been liking squats at my kitchen counter while waiting for something to cook or coffee to brew to be an effective exercise that takes no extra time and yields excellent results. I have a high counter I like to use which has a good lip to grab firmly and I started with a set of twenty. I go down low with my legs shoulder-width apart like I am going to sit on a low sofa and then come right back up. Now I thrust my hips a little forward when I come up for an extra squeeze. I am now at 60 squats easily straight through. I see a wonderful difference in my behind!
