I saw an ad on Twitter today for organic chips fried in *beef tallow*. That was a new one for me. I’ve seen ads for chips fried in coconut oil. When you do a little digging, though, these things are always so outrageously expensive. I would expect prices to come down as demand grows. I see a lot of competition in the pastured-eggs category now.
