Welp, looks like RFK Jr. is the pick for Secretary of Health and Human Services. That’s the biggest possible role he could have in regards to public health, as the HHS oversees the CDC, the FDA, and the entire NIH, which itself has more than 20 departments, including the NIAID (which Fauci was head of for so long).
Pretty much the only department of note that the Secretary doesn’t oversee directly is the USDA.
