      Hey Cari,

      When you make you Jelly/Jam do you add gelatin to get them to gel, or is does it occur naturally.

        Hi Beachy! I do not add gelatin. I pick fruit that is high in pectin and soak it for a day or two before cooking so the pectin gets extracted.
