Ray said masa was ok and super sweet corn too. He said if it is not super sweet that it means it is high and starch and to avoid it. Otherwise he did not think other corn products were good. Corn is GMO’d now that really nobody recommends it. I buy corn and soy free eggs to avoid corn.
