I love all of the different juices I make, but what I like about this one is there is no added sugar and it was super sweet! I made a pitcher of my fruit water filling my glass pitcher half full of a mixture of frozen raspberries and
wild blueberries and let it sit for twenty four hours. I drank a glass two days in a row adding
white sugar since the berries are always tart. On the third day though I fresh pressed some really
sweet watermelon and mixed it with equal parts of the berry juice and it was so good! i think I am going to freeze up a bunch of fresh pressed watermelon juice in ice cube trays today just to add to juice waters and regular water for a boost of nutrition. Considering there are so many calories in fruit compared to white sugar I think cutting that watermelon juice in half with those low calorie berries and water is a good strategy for weight loss. I had a steamed artichoke and zucchini in lots of garlic butter for dinner and all the everything else I eat in a day and I was down a pound the next day. Sipping on that fat free watermelon berry juice for a long period of time was like an IV drip that kept me from snacking on fattier things. Fat and starches create fat if they are not used, and a bad combo for sedentary people.
