I have used Ona’s and Progest-e with great success. I use Progest-e now in the second half of my cycle and am sticking with it.
I have never used the ideal labs version. I would note that your dosage would be considered low, though. Are you cycling the progesterone? Even after menopause, you should have a break of a week, if you administer continuously.

I had success with adding copper for a skin wound that wasn’t healing. I had issues with nutrient absorption, and couldn’t figure out what nutrient the issue was until I added copper and it healed right up.

<p style=”text-align: left;”>Personally, thanks to Ray, I have gotten over orthorexia and the “next big thing” in dieting. Also, if the main proponents look ill and sound demented, I would stay well away from it. Beware of people telling you you need to “detox”. I think the main thing in life is to have fun, try to be happy, try to avoid stress, try to do your best. If you want to eat beans, or rice or liver, or whatever, have at it. Just do you and do what you feel like. I do not like the people behind this “low toxin” nonsense. Disingenuous.</p>

Ray thought darkness is stressful to the system.

                Hi Bluebird,

I agree with Cari. It sounds like blood sugar handling issues, especially if you wake up with it. I used to have this very problem after going low carb after a while (and low cal) . Plenty of cals and carbs fixed it for me. (I had lots of problems to fix, but this one fixed first doing this.) I really had to push through. I implemented what Ray recommended to refill liver glycogen. Coffee with plenty of milk and sugar in the morning with food and eating carbs with protein and sat fat regulary. I have no blood sugar problems anymore (and at my worst I was at a stage where I woke up at night to pass out!it was bad! ) It sounds to me your glycogen storage is insufficient for whatever reason, causing your blood sugar to drop during the night.

Thank you for doing this. Ray deserves it. Loving the vibe of this space. 💕

Hello. I’ve been a long time lurker in the peatsophere. I’m not really into fora and try to stay off the Internet, but I felt compelled to join after the recent malignment of one of the great (my personal opinion as a fellow Scientist) scientific heros and certainly a great human. I always enjoyed your posts Rinse/Cari, and have been following you for quite a while. I felt the best way to show my solidarity was to join your site 🙂 all the best in your endeavours!
