A Bright Life Inspired by Dr. Raymond Peat
This stuff is magic I’ve been eating peas and coconut oil and potatoes and cocoa powder/dark chocolate as well as decaf coffee with coconut milk and I have more strength, been ripping up bushes in the garden to plant hawthorns so that old people I know can have heart medications if the health system collapses and stuff like that
i have insane energy compared to eating meat and milk. That diet gave me fat hips. I’m not joking. Like pints and pints of milk a day. My cat actually vomits if i give it that milk and I’ve been eating. It also gets sick from supermarket chicken. grass fed kidneys are a good cat snack though. This modern world is no joke cari.
It’s past midnight I’m taking off my boots and my head torch and going to bed

I spent two days dispersing wood chips in my garden Quest. I am going to go get some more bags of them today to complete my mission. I’m really glad you sent me that video. In the hottest times of last summer I was watering my fruit three times a day, and really couldn’t go anywhere far from home. I hope this does the trick to keep things a little more self sufficient.
Thats interesting, I’m going to wait to see how it turns out. I’ve been picking seaweed myself. If oysters are good for the body maybe other things from the sea are good from the garden. I think I’ve been eating too many oysters though. Too much zinc. I do like to compost the shells though. The sea really would be a wonderful resource if it wasn’t so polluted. What a minefield of a world..
