A Bright Life Inspired by Dr. Raymond Peat
Tagged: ingredients, recipe
What recipes are you using vanilla bean powder? I heard Dr. Peat mention vanilla has come health benefits. Thanks!
I never heard him mention vanilla, and it is good to know because I use a lot of vanilla, mostly in my custard and ice creams. I am going to read up on that.
I think it was in an interview once with the Herb Doctors and also Patrick Timone.
I just read on the internet that vanilla extract is good for a toothache. It said to put some on a cotton ball and rub it on the area. Apparently it has anti-inflammatory properties. I wonder how it works on other injuries.
I have never noticed an adverse reaction to vanilla. Fortunately, because I use a lot of vanilla extract. I add it to fruit smoothies, hot chocolate, and milk shakes. Makes things really delicious, so why not?
