Someone said, and I agree with this, “Personal health is not the highest virtue, nor is it a competition to be ‘won’. There is a higher purpose.”

The importance of good nutrition is so we can work towards the things that are important to us. It helps you to do the things you want to do and must do.

Working to perfect good nutrition adds stress. You will not perfect it.  Ray said, “Everything is always changing, and always individual, and always changed by context.”

I saw a post on X from Dr. Paul Saladino, who has gone all Peat. He was challenging some dude merching a particular brand of supplements that this dude was crediting with getting him great T levels. Saladino wrote, “Show me your labs to prove it. My labs are better without supplements.” (I’m paraphrasing.) It was ridiculous.

It’s good to return to Ray. His philosophy is timeless and universal.

Nice thoughts. In my opinion, optimizing nutrition and health frees energy in us to stretch into larger states of consciousness.  If all of your available energy is spent by your system to try and stay balanced and healthy from poor nutrition and metabolic health, how can it move deeper into inner subtleties?
