A Bright Life Inspired by Dr. Raymond Peat
I use Ideal Labs Progestene topically at 30 mg. I don’t feel good or bad using it. I have used Progest E in the past when I was going through menopause and it really helped. Does anyone else have experience with both or maybe some pros and cons?
I have used Ona’s and Progest-e with great success. I use Progest-e now in the second half of my cycle and am sticking with it.
I have never used the ideal labs version. I would note that your dosage would be considered low, though. Are you cycling the progesterone? Even after menopause, you should have a break of a week, if you administer continuously.
I take it continuously. Haidut recommended it for me to use instead of Prednisone which I was using at the time for autoimmune hepatitis. My hepatitis is in remission for 5 years now. I can try cycling off for a week and see how I feel.
