A Bright Life Inspired by Dr. Raymond Peat
I do not think milk is a good food. Not at all. Maybe raw. Milk makes me feel and think like a woman. It’s too uncomfortable.
Modern milk is not what our grandparents drank…. it’s no good for me. Very feminising effect. I’m still open to eating meat but every animal product makes my thinking foggy. I can’t come up with new ideas or learn science when I’m eating lots of animal products.
Didn’t Dr Peat just eat some liver and oysters and ate vegetarian for the most part? I’m finding if I cut out dairy and meat I feel very masculine, ok maybe meat can be good but dairy just seems castrating.
I’ve actually been grieving the fact I drank milk since like 12 years old… I must have messed up my development by doing that. No wonder I have small hands and wrists. Vegetables and some organs and coconuts and starches make me feel very masculine. Frustrating world…
