I swear my parents are demonically possessed or something
If I eat any amount of meat or animal products it feels like something takes them over and they just start acting weird… Their eyes look dark and stuff and they just seem totally spiritually checked out
Do I need to get out? Multiple people have suggested so to me in the past…. Like get out the house….
It seems for now I can hold out spiritually by eating plain foods.. Just potatoes and grains no ANIMAL PRODUCTS AT ALL
My energy feels constantly drained despite trying a million supplements and THE BEST organic food

April 4, 2024 at 11:52 pm #1175Supplements are problematic in my opinion. I can imagine one person being spiritually troubled and seeing the darkness in their eyes. I have known a couple of people in my life where that was very apparent. Two people at the same time having obvious spiritual issues is not likely. It sounds more to me like maybe it is your feelings about it? Are your parents vegetarian?

Sometimes I feel like meat has no impact on my spirituality, in fact sometimes I can eat meat and have spiritual experiences. But my mum sometimes hears knocking when nothing is there or whatever. My cat also acts strange at times or acts like he can see things that aren’t there???
Sometimes I’ll feel a presence in the pit of my stomach looking out in the garden and see the neighbours cat looking at me and it just feels totally demonic compared to the usual street kittens…. Like it will be dark and I’ll turn on the light that lights up the garden and see the cat after feeling the presence or something staring at me…
April 5, 2024 at 3:51 pm #1205Supplements caused me a lot of issues, mostly histamine issues and stones. I am sorry you are experiencing such issues. Maybe you should move to a better place.
April 5, 2024 at 4:06 pm #1206AnonymousYes I try to stop supplements but some mineral ones do help… Minerals are lacking in our soils sadly. I do have a 50lb bag of coconuts I got delivered which I have been drinking the water and eating the flesh from and it tastes very mineral rich….
I’m not sure about moving… I’d need money… But in a high energy ‘Peaty’ state people just give me things for free?
My upcoming paycheck has the numbers 369 on it which Nikola Tesla says are the secret to the universe? Getting paid the day before the eclipse? strange stuff for sure…

I ate only bread for 2 weeks running up to easter and started hearing voices in my head… No wonder schizophrenia used to be called bread madness
Maybe just meat and potatoes and coconut diet can restore sanity and energy. No gluten no dairy.
For me personally animal organs are a total superfood, mother always cooked them for me as a child. I could easily afford a diet of potatoes, grass fed organs and coconuts.
Not sure how I’m going to manage the next few weeks to be honest. I got massive bone pain from drinking milk… Our bones are made from collagen, not calcium no? Theres a eastern european doctor who talked about this and how the cheap cuts of meat are the healthiest from the collagen as well as organs because of micronutrients.. I REALLY got knocked off course.
April 6, 2024 at 1:09 pm #1235Hi. Thanks for coming to the forum and sharing. What you are going through sounds quite stressful. My immediate thought is, if you get things in order nutritionally without using a lot of supplements, what you are seeing and perceiving may change. Eating easily digested foods is a good start such as fruits (sweet orange juice is amazing), eggs, cheeses, gelatin, low fat milk. Potatoes are a good source of protein if you cook them well and eat them with some butter. The sucrose in the fruits can help keep the stress levels down. Avoid the grains because they can be stressful on the body. There is a section in the forum Cari has set up with food recipes. You don’t necessarily need to follow the recipes exactly, but, you can get a good idea of some foods to eat that may be beneficial to you.

A few questions with regards to your diet as well as your environment.
When you consume meat is it usually just muscle meat, or do you include some bone broth or collagen with it ?
With regards to your parents, do they actually change the way their demeanour is towards you or are you perceiving that their demeanour has somehow changed?
The bread that you consume can you tell me what type it is, and what type of and about the flour that is used in it, as well as any other ingredients that might be in it?
Do you use salt according to taste?
What types of fruits and vegetables do you use in your diet, and what is their source, ie organic or local farmers market, big chain food stores etc. As well as amounts consumed.
Are you close to any cell towers or scada towers, and do you have five G in your dwelling.
I see that you are drinking coconut water which is good for magnesium and potassium, can you tell me their origin?
The two weeks coming up to Easter, you say that you ate only bread. Was there anything else such as meat, cheese, fruit, or anything else such as fruits, juice, or seafood?

Sorry I wasn’t eating bread I mean I was eating mostly potatoes for the weeks leading up to easter, feel very good and very easily digestible with some coconut oil actually. Also alfalfa sprouts as I heard those are good for testosterone
I mostly eat grass fed hearts and livers, or ground meat which I know the butchers probably put collagen and gelatin filled cuts into?
The coconuts I get are from India, not organic. I’m not so convinced about dairy yet. I think dairy can lead to brain fog and it has lots of estrogen in it? But I’m not sure. Maybe I just need some meat with my potatoes and coconuts to balance myself back out. I also don’t like eating orange foods as these give me cold feet from the orange pigments. Dairy and meat both feel very heavy on the digestion compared to plant foods
I eat vegetables from the garden. Parsley root, beetroot, onions, garlic. I don’t feel right if I don’t have a bit of vegetable a few times a week. I just eat enough to where I crave it.
I don’t have the mental energy to follow recipes these days. Everythings a bit chaotic currently
Today I wanted to buy cow feet to make gelatin and they just suddenly make excuses as to why i can’t have it etc?? It’s really like some spirits or something interferes with my life and takes over the people around me. If I’m in a high energy state things go the way I need them to and life is smoother…
