      Hi folks

I’ve been craving raw meat a lot recently. Going to see what I can chef up  over the next few weeks. Maybe make a thread for raw meat dishes? Or post here.

Apparently raw meat is meant to have more nutrients. Mutton  meat and heart tartare for coq10, magnesium, b vitamins, selenium? Mmmm.

I also found out recently city people don’t have the right gut bacteria to be vegetarian. I think technically it could work if you lived in the countryside and did a lot of gardening or farming and ate your lunch with dirty hands or whatever?

This is going to sound INSANE to most people on earth but I get high – a legit high like a drug high but more natural off of eating muddy carrots from the garden. Soil bacteria is meant to be good for the gut

        Wow!

Today I cooked mutton kidneys. Already feel a bit better. Had them with potatoes fried in beef tallow and some parsley leaves from the garden.

I’m going to try livers next week.

Maybe I can be vegetarian when I’m older but for now I’m young and growing and I know some cultures in the world feed kidneys to the younger members of the tribe because kidneys are good for the brain! Brain needs all the help it can get!!

Hard to get lamb in this god forsaken island. It all gets sent to Spain because British lamb is meant to be very good. Hopefully I’ll be lucky to get my hands on organic lamb.

I felt so depressed  the past 2 weeks and I had 3 egg yolks and it lifted that!! If I eat animal products, not too much, life might start to look up again.
