A Bright Life Inspired by Dr. Raymond Peat
Tagged: white blood cell count
Does anyone know what could cause a chronic low WBC count?
I have observed in my own blood tests (+2 family members) that sulphites (e.g., coconut oil) will quickly lower lymphocyte count.
“It’s possible for some people to have white blood cell counts that are lower than what’s usually expected and still be healthy. For instance, Black people tend to have lower counts than white people do.”
“If you have a low white blood cell count, you are likely to get infections (leukopenia). If your white blood cell count is too high (leukocytosis), you may have an infection or an underlying medical condition like leukemia, lymphoma or an immune disorder.”

You could have low copper. Maybe try eat beans, liver, nuts and dates. I know Dr Peat spoke a lot about copper benefits. I have been taking copper supplements myself as I’ve been craving them like mad I just eat them out the bottle, makes me wonder if you have blurry vision or anything like that recently? Could be low copper as it’s known to cause low white blood cells if you have a deficiency.
