Perhaps add more fruit juices or pulp to my daily routine (the latin market sells frozen tropical fruit pulps). Less lamb. I agree that something is going on in the gut that I have to fix. Perhaps a tabouli salad without wheat every once in a while. I tried rosemary tea yesterday and today. I chewed a parsley sprig. Regardless, I want to add the chlorella to the mix. I remember using chlorella at one time, in powder form, dissolved into my morning OJ. I might still have some in my cabinet. I want everyone to know how much I appreciate everyone’s insights! I hope it’s not my kidneys!
