I came across Dr Schueldt’s Med cram You Tube channel during the pandemic. He is mainstream in his training but open minded and results oriented. In this interview he discussed some interesting actually almost miraculous recoveries which he seen in his clinical experiences during the pandemic in particular focussing on light but sunlight in particular. I found his observations on supplementing vitamin D being not particularly effective in itself for COVID-19 patients but suggests that the higher vitamin D levels seen in people who had minimal symptoms from the disease to be a signal of higher levels of exposure to light to be fascinating. He points to mitochondrial dysfunction to be the common thread in the metabolic syndrome diseases.

@Lysanders wife and @Kevin007 this might be of some interest to you.
