@J.R.K I have been around and learning from Ray since 2015 when I began to shift my diet. I completely understand the full ramification of PUFA as it pertains to nuts. No need to explain. Ray also suggested Brazil nuts on several occasions. I have several charts that break down the fat content of nuts. I would be happy to share with you if you would like.
