    Hi J.R.K,

    I have never heard of this nutrient.  Interesting, thank you for sharing.  I looked up which foods and it seems pomegranates and berries, peaches and plums have a good amount of the Substance.  They also mentioned nuts like walnuts and pecans and flax and chia.  I might have a few pecans now and then, but not the other nuts and seeds.  What I like are macadamia nuts 😋.  But the fruits are doable.  Wonder if the foods alone would be enough or if it takes a concentrated amount like in a supplement?
