    A Youtuber I watch did a video about her weight loss, which I’d guess was about 20 pounds on this petite woman. She did research for the most effective workout and found a study that said jumping beats running. So she started jumping for one minute at a time, a few times a day. She lost the weight in nine months and has kept it off for a year. It sounded very do-able so I am giving it a try. It seems to be working for me, about 10 days in. No change in diet. I will update in a few weeks.
