“Another interesting assertion is that all illegal drug trade including the cartels as well as organizations such as The Triads are beholding to the intelligence operations and there is a connection to The City of London and the banking cartels. ”
That’s not simply an assertion, the connection is documented in testimony on the floor of Congress in the United States. Journalist Gary Webb uncovered at least one source from the CIA importing drugs into the US. It’s known as the “Dark Alliance” series. You can find Webb’s work in multiple places online. You can also look up videos of Maxine Waters grilling government officials about their roles in drug smuggling operations on the floor of Congress, you can find some of them on youtube or similar sites. There is also the film “Kill The Messenger,” starring Jeremy Renner, focusing on Webb, and how he investigated the story, published it, and what happened to him afterwards.
After all, it doesn’t make sense that cocaine and heroin use exploded in the US after the US supposedly cracked down on drug trafficking and started “The War on Drugs” in the late 70s/early 80s. True, you could probably never fully stop drugs entering the country, but those efforts should have reduced availability, not seen a 10x jump in volume.
