The only thing I would note is that a $1.1 Billion deal over 5 years isn’t that big a deal to either company, considering the size of both. That would translate to roughly $220 Million a year. Coca Cola had a yearly revenue of about $46 Billion in 2023, Microsoft, about $210 Billion. I don’t think $220 Million a year would be enough to put non-publicly available nano tech into all the drinks that Coca Cola produces and sells over a year.
