    I’m pretty sure plant based diets are the best way to raise metabolism. I very clearly feel my body temp lowering if I eat beef or even milk. Thats why  I come on here to talk about this.

    I know that at some point in the future when I get fully healthy I will be able to prove that plant based diets work well. I think I’m just still struggling a bit like zinc/copper balance. As far as gut and liver health wholegrain breads MADE MYSELF  with coconut oil and iron free flour have been so good for me? I feel so good eating them?? would be nice to know why, probably the fibre? i know peat spoke of soluble fibre and wheat is full of it.

    The only animal product I will probably eat regularly will be oysters for zinc.  But from what I read vegetarians  and vegans are a bit lower in zinc but its still within range and shouldn’t cause problems.
