How do you sproat oats?. I know you can buy them, but I´m about to sprout them myself. After four day only a very small and distinct white thing is beginning to appear. Is that enough?
My plan is to slowly dry them for granola.
I believe you are there, the white thing that you refer to is the sprout emerging. How often have you been changing out the water?
I did change the water twice a day. Does not smell. By now I could possible dry them at 100 celcius degrees…
If you have sprouts as shown in the photo, your oats have sprouted so you should be good to go on the drying cycle of the product.
