Thank you Cari!!! I will get busy going thru the articles and get my questions ready.
My goals here are:
1) to figure this way of eating better – I was doing Keto for several years and felt like it wrecked my hormones so started on this “peaty” way over 2 years ago and although my instincts are telling me this way is better I have proceeded to Gain over 20 pounds and most of that was this last year alone!! So I am doing something very wrong!!
2) Eliminate this Inflammation and ALL OVER Body Pain!! Swelling and Puffiness
