What on earth is going on with me?!!?

Low body temperature, but I have no anaemia, B12 is good, thyroid is good, blood sugar good…??

Is this psychological?

I AM MILDLY HYPERTHYROID if anything. But I am sure that just means I have a lot of potential if I am naturally genetically hyperthyroid??

So why is my body temperature still low? And yet taking small amounts of thyroid has managed to raise it. The only other time my body temp was raised was when I drank large amounts of green tea

I think if I could get this fixed. And learn to relax. I would be a happy camper? but I’m  stuck. Why  is my temp not going up no matter what I eat or do? any insight anyone – please!
