Use about a tablespoon for a full load.  Splash of white vinegar as a fabric conditioner before closing the lid. Been doing this for at least 5 years and so far I am happy. I read somewhere that soap can be omitted but have yet to try it.</p>

I did an experiment last night by taking about 200ml of room temperature non fat milk with roughly a teaspoon of sugar (drinking milk with sugar seems to help with bloating/diarrhea). Is it ok to continue drinking milk/milk products being lactose intolerant? Would it cause harm to the body? Being Asian milk is not a major part of our diet.<br />
